Information Systems for Cultural Heritage

Methods and tools for the management of intangible intangible assets and digital multimedia documents.
The research is mainly focused on the definition and development of multimedia information systems for the acquisition, management, retrieval, fruition and use of multimedia data (texts, audio, video, images) and their applications to different fields.


Design, development, evaluation of analysis methods, including text mining, text similarity, text and concept embeddings.

Digital Libraries

Design and development of cataloging systems using metadata standards and models for interoperability in collaboration with GECA group.

Web Development

Development of websites to support the institute's research activities.
